Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts are not eligible for a return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please note that international return shipments may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon arrival, which are also the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.
